Every basis set lib/basis has, for a program that picks one at run time
import basis.all loads the eight tables of lib/basis and the lookup by
name (lib/basis/named), so basis_named(name), and lib/hf/mole's
molecule(atoms, name), accept any of them, whatever other tables the
program uses. A program that knows its basis set uses that set's module
(import basis.pople631g) and links one table.
