A molecule's integrals, each by its production member
The numbers a Hartree-Fock run takes from the basis, for one Molecule
(lib/hf/molecule), in the functions the run uses:
ao_overlap(mol) S md1_s
ao_hcore(mol) H = T + V md1_t, md1_v
ao_eri(mol) (ij|kl), packed-8 mdg_screened, mdg_sph
each in spherical functions when the molecule asks for them and has a d or
f shell: S and H moved by tr2_blocks with the matrix of c2s_basis, the
ERIs computed spherical by mdg_sph (the kernels lib/cas generated,
lib/hf/mdg_eri).
Each stage is computed by its production member, called by name. The other members, and the sweeps that run them side by side and require agreement, are the verification layer around these same functions: lib/hf/integrals lists them as registries, and the cross-checked pipeline of lib/hf/hf runs them.
Used with import hf.ao.

There’s no recorded run of this program yet.
Shift+Enter in a cell runs it and moves to the next. Running a cell runs every cell above it too, as one program.
